Join us every other Saturday morning from 9 am - 10 am, at Salamander Spa for yoga on the terrace!
Yoga instructor Jenn will guide you through a VinYin yoga session where you will experience the perfect mix of strengthening and relaxation. You will begin with vinyasa-style creative movements that will have you flowing from one pose to another, and then transition into some longer-held Yin and/or restorative postures mostly seated or lying down. The postures in the second half of class will be aimed toward balancing the nervous system and creating greater flexibility through relaxation. While some knowledge of Vinyasa is helpful, this class is suitable for all levels of practice.
